Home Health Aide
Duties and Responsibilities:

Home health aides usually work for companies that provide in-home assistance to ill, injured, elderly, or disabled customers.  Their duties include taking the blood pressure, temperature, and pulse of patients.  They help patients get in and out of bed, take baths, and dress.  They also prepare and serve meals as well as perform housekeeping chores like making beds and cleaning rooms. They help a lot of people that sit on wheel chairs and they feed them and make their life happy.
Salary: The average salary they get is about $8,000 - $18,000

Education:
Most employers prefer that nursing assistants and aides have a high school diploma or GED certificate.  Some vocational schools and community colleges offer training programs.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be a Home Health Aide? Why? Why not?

I think I would like to be a Home Health Aide because I like to help a lot of people. Especially I like to help old people because when people start to get old they can’t walk and do the things they like or love
