Abraham Lincoln was traveling with a Colonel. Colonel asked Lincoln if he wants to drink a class of whiskey and Lincoln answered no Colonel but thank you i never drink whiskey. Colonel pulled out cigars. So they traveled more mile ahead and Colonel said so if you don't want to drink whiskey with me do you want to smoke with me. Lincoln replied no i tolled my mom that i would never drink whiskey or smoke tobacco. Since he was 9 years old Lincoln had kept that promise when his mother was very sick. He kept that promise for ever and ever. Lincoln had his word.
